Getting to Pueblo
Pueblo is in southeastern Colorado about 100 miles south of Denver and 40 miles south of Colorado Springs. The best way to reach Pueblo is by car. Pueblo is served by two major highways, Interstate 25 north and south and U.S. Highway 50 east and west. The nearest city with major airline service is Colorado Springs. There is no passenger rail service.

Driving Directions to Museum
From I-25 take the 1st Street Exit #98B. Take 1st Street west about 3 blocks to Union Avenue. Take Union Avenue left (to the southwest). You will pass through the Union Avenue National Historic District. Many shops, galleries and restaurants are located here in Victorian era buildings. Turn right (to the northwest) when you reach "B" Street, just before the Arkansas River bridge. You will see the Depot to your left and come up to the Heritage Center on your right. The Railway Museum will be on your left just past the Pueblo Union Depot.
