D&RGW
Box Cars #67508, 67996 - built in 1946.
Typical 40' standard box cars, very popular during the first half of the
20th Century.
BN Reefer #950413 - 40'
steel, mechanical refrigeration, built in 1958. Refrigeration
equipment was later removed and the car was converted to Maintenance of
Way service. Sealed, insulated box cars or special containers are
now commonly used to transport pre-cooled perishable commodities.
This was originally a Northern Pacific car prior to NP merger to form
Burlington Northern.
BN Reefer - silver, later used as a "buffer
car" on long continuous welded rail trains. This is 40' ice bunker
reefer common to the first half of the 20th Century which originally was
a Sante Fe RY car.
BN Box Car #950747 - 40' Standard box.
Later used for MOW, carrying tools.
C&W Box #93 - used for Maintenance of
Way service.
C&W Flat 40' #A-1 - we are using as a
"crane tender".
